Peritonit yavlyaetsya chastym oslozhneniem v abdominal'noy hirurgii i harakterizuetsya vysokoy letal'nost'yu. Sindrom kishechnoy nedostatochnosti yavlyaetsya odnim iz klyuchevyh faktorov progressirovaniya rasprostranennogo peritonita. Samym harakternym i samym rannim proyavleniem sindroma kishechnoy nedostatochnosti yavlyaetsya razvitie motorno-evakuatornoy disfunkcii kishechnika. Razvitie intestinal'nogo pareza obespechivaetsya kaskadom nervno-reflektornyh i gumoral'nyh reakciy organizma s razvitiem vyrazhennyh mikrocirkulyatornyh narusheniy i metabolicheskih sdvigov. Formirovanie enteral'noy nedostatochnosti obuslovleno razvitiem vnutrikishechnoy i abdominal'noy kompressii, gipoksicheskim povrezhdeniem slizistoy obolochki kishki na stadii vsasyvatel'no-perevarivayuschey disfunkcii kishechnika. Razvivayuschayasya bakterial'naya translokaciya induciruet razvitie i progressirovanie sindroma poliorgannoy disfunkcii i obuslovlivaet vyrazhennost' endogennoy intoksikacii. Ugnetenie vseh funkciy kishechnika privodit k tak nazyvaemoy «enterargii» – universal'noy enteral'noy nedostatochnosti.
