A NON-STANDARD INTERVIEW OF STUDENTS OF THE DENTISTRY FACULTY OF URAL STATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY DEDICATED TO KEY MOMENTS OF PROFESSIONAL ORIENTATION

Abstract (English):
Predmet. Pravil'nyy i osoznannyy vybor special'nosti yavlyaetsya odnim iz glavnyh usloviy dostizheniya uspehov v professional'noy deyatel'nosti. Dlya etogo neobhodimo adekvatno ocenit' svoi professional'nye sklonnosti i real'nye sposobnosti. Cel' — issledovanie osnovnyh motivacionnyh harakteristik proforientacii studentov stomatologicheskogo fakul'teta Ural'skogo gosudarstvennogo medicinskogo universiteta. Metodologiya. Dlya issledovaniya byl vybran metod nestandartizirovannogo zakrytogo oprosa. Oprosheno 48 studentov (v vozraste ot 18 do 20 let) 2 kursa (2015/2016 uchebnyy god) stomatologicheskogo fakul'teta UGMU. Rezul'taty. Studentam predlozhili napisat' esse, v kotorom oni otrazili motivy svoego postupleniya na stomatologicheskiy fakul'tet. Iz 28 studentov 89,3% obosnovali svoy soznatel'nyy vybor, pozitivno oharakterizovav svoyu uchebu v vuze. My vybrali osnovnye motivacionnye harakteristiki, kotorye razdelili na 5 osnovnyh poziciy proforientacii nashih studentov: esteticheskaya napravlennost' (33% otvetov), samouvazhenie i znachimost' v obschestve (25%), poluchenie i videnie bystrogo rezul'tata (10%), nauchnoe napravlenie, predstavlenie stomatologii kak intensivno razvivayuscheysya nauki (22%), tvorcheskoe napravlenie, remeslo, sopostavlenie stomatologii s yuvelirnym iskusstvom, «melkaya manual'naya motorika» (10%). Vyvody. Studenty v svoih esse kolichestvenno i kachestvenno otobrazili osnovnye pozitivnye motivacionnye proforientirovannye harakteristiki svoego postupleniya na stomatologicheskiy fakul'tet, kotorye skoncentrirovalis' v neskol'kih klyuchevyh napravleniyah. Rezul'taty provedennogo issledovaniya pokazali nam osoznannost' i celenapravlennost' professional'nogo vybora podavlyayuschego bol'shinstva studentov i oprovergli mnenie o sluchaynom vybore imi professii stomatologa.
