Subject. Permanent teeth in children at the eruption stage. Objectives. It is known that permanent teeth in children erupt with unfinished processes of dental hard tissues mineralization and it is this period that is susceptible to caries currently. There is an acceleration of children and adolescents. We can propose to assume that during acceleration of children there is also a change in erupting deadlines of permanent teeth in children. It is advisable to conduct a study of the permanent teeth erupting features of children in Moscow region. Methodology. A clinical examination of 500 children aged 5 to 14 years was conducted in preschools and state-funded secondary schools in the Moscow region. All children underwent a dental eruption study of all permanent teeth. A tooth was considered erupted when at least part of the crown was visible above the gum. The eruption process was considered complete only when the entire crown had moved into the oral cavity, and a physiological tooth gingival groove had formed. Results. The results obtained on the deadlines of permanent teeth erupting in children points to an earlier one and has some differences with the data on permanent teeth erupting according to Kronfeld. Conclusion. Current data on the timing of permanent teeth eruption should be considered when planning dental care.
