УДК 616.31 Стоматология. Заболевания ротовой полости и зубов
Цель систематического обзора — поиск и анализ публикаций по перспективным направлениям применения жевательной резинки (ЖР) в стоматологии (включая гигиенический уход за полостью рта, диагностический потенциал и комплексное лечение заболеваний и состояний стоматологического профиля), а также в гастроэнтерологии и когнитивной психологии. Материалы и методы исследования. В обзоре представлены результаты анализа материалов оригинальных полнотекстовых статей, систематических обзоров и мета-анализа (c анализом процитированных ссылок) на русском и английском языках, отражающих лечебно-профилактические направления применения ЖР у пациентов c различными стоматологическими и системными заболеваниями; тезисы докладов аналитике не подлежали. Источники информации — электронные базы данных еLibrary, Cyberlenika, MEDLINE, PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, Сochrane Library. Результаты исследования и их обсуждение. В соответствии с заданными требованиями на первом этапе было отобрано и проанализировано 481 публикаций; глубина поиска — до 35 лет. После скрининга материала, с учетом конкретизации ключевых слов, было отобрано 132 публикации, включая мета-анализы. Выводы. Отражены разные лечебно-профилактические направления применения ЖР у пациентов c различными стоматологическими и системными заболеваниями. Обобщенная позиция авторов публикаций — главным условием отнесения жевательной резинки к средствам гигиены полости рта является отсутствие в ней сахара и наличие ингредиентов, определяющих лечебно-профилактические эффекты, а именно очищающее, противокариозное, противовоспалительное, дезодорирующее действие, стимуляция слюноотделения; специфические эффекты (за счет введения в жевательные резинки лечебно-профилактических добавок); стимуляция кровообращения в тканях мукопародонтального комплекса; положительное влияние на когнитивную деятельность, на настроение индивидуума, на концентрацию внимания; снижение симптомов пищеводного рефлюкса.
