EXPERIMENTAL LABORATORY STUDY OF THE PERIPHERAL BLOOD VALUES IN ANIMALS SUB JECT TO INTRAMUSCULAR IMPLANTATION OF NANO -MODIFIED TITANIUM DIO XID PROTOTYPE

Abstract (English):
V stat'e rassmatrivaetsya variant resheniya problemy oslozhneniy v forme pereimplantitov posle operacii dental'noy implantacii. Osobennost'yu dannogo sposoba yavlyaetsya nanesenie na konstrukcionnyy material (titan, dioksid titana) nanomodificirovannogo poverhnostnogo sloya dioksida titana v forme anataza. Cel'yu issledovaniya byla ocenka obschetoksicheskogo deystviya nanomodificirovannogo dioksida titana na organizm opytnyh zhivotnyh. Provedeno eksperimental'no-laboratornoe izuchenie pokazateley perifericheskoy krovi zhivotnyh pri vnutrimyshechnoy implantacii obrazcov dioksida titana s nanomodificirovannoy poverhnost'yu. Rezul'taty issledovaniya ne vyyavili vliyaniya eksperimental'nyh obrazcov na pokazateli krasnoy krovi i trombocitarnye pokazateli. Vnutrimyshechnaya implantaciya bez nanopokrytiya vyzyvaet leykocitoz, v to vremya kak implantaciya s nanostrukturirovannym pokrytiem ne soprovozhdaetsya uvelicheniem kolichestva leykocitov venoznoy krovi eksperimental'nyh zhivotnyh. Sposob ingibirovaniya obrazovaniya bakterial'nyh plenok na poverhnosti predlozhennogo nanomodificirovannogo konstrukcionnogo materiala mozhet byt' ispol'zovan v klinicheskoy stomatologii dlya profilaktiki vospalitel'nyh oslozhneniy posle operacii dental'noy implantacii, v tom chisle u bol'nyh s priobretennymi defektami chelyustno-licevoy oblasti.
