V rabote provoditsya sravnenie mehanicheskih svoystv vosstanovitel'nyh gibridnyh kera- micheskih CAD/CAM materialov so svoystvami tverdyh tkaney intaktnyh zubov cheloveka pri odnoosnom szhatii i rastyazhenii. Provedennoe issledovanie pokazalo, chto frezeruemye gibridnye kompozicionno-keramicheskie materialy dlya CAD/CAM restavraciy Vita Enamic (VITA Zahnfabrik, Germaniya) i Lava Ultimate (3M ESPE, SShA) mozhno harakterizovat' kak hrupkie tverdye tela, kotorye sposobny k vysokoy uprugoy deformacii, odnako ne sposobny k plasticheskoy deformacii, kak dentin. Prochnosti oboih materialov pri szhatii i rastyazhenii vyshe, chem u tverdyh tkaney zubov cheloveka. Vita Enamic yavlyaetsya bolee zhestkim (prakticheski v 2 raza) materialom po sravneniyu s Lava Ultimate. Vyyavleno, chto Lava Ultimate po svoim svoy- stvam blizhe k dentinu, a Vita Enamic po zhestkosti blizhe k emali. V celom, dannye materialy sposobny funkcional'no i esteticheski zamenit' intaktnyy zub pri obosnovannom vybore klinicheskih pokazaniy k ispol'zovaniyu.
