V stat'e rassmatrivaetsya variant resheniya problemy obrazovaniya mikrobnoy plenki na kon- strukcionnom materiale iz dioksida titana s nanomodificirovannoy poverhnost'yu v forme anataza. Rassmotrena vozmozhnost' ispol'zovaniya nizkomolekulyarnogo kationnogo peptida varnerina. Osobennost'yu dannogo sposoba yavlyaetsya vyrazhennaya aktivnost' peptida varnerina v otnoshenii obschey biomassy i zhivyh kletok mikrobnyh plenok, chto dokazano v eksperimen- tal'no-laboratornom issledovanii. Nanostrukturirovannaya poverhnost' dioksida titana pri kul'tivirovanii bioplenok Staphylococcus epidermidis 33 ne prepyatstvuet proyavleniyu antibakterial'nogo deystviya varnerina.
