Predmet. Dlya profilaktiki i lecheniya vospalitel'nyh i sensorno-paresteticheskih oslozhneniy dental'noy implantacii obosnovanno ispol'zuyutsya fizioterapevticheskie metody i, v chastnosti, nizkointensivnoe lazernoe izluchenie, okazyvayuschee mnogofaktornoe mestnoe i sistemnoe vozdeystvie na organizm pacienta. Cel'. Ocenka effektivnosti primeneniya original'nyh avtorskih metodik nizkointensivnogo lazernogo izlucheniya po tehnologii B-Cure Laser Dental Pro v komplekse profilakticheskih i lechebno-reabilitacionnyh meropriyatiy pri provedenii operacii dental'noy implantacii. Metodologiya. Prostoe slepoe randomizirovannoe prospektivnoe odnocentrovoe sravnitel'noe placebo-kontroliruemoe klinicheskoe issledovanie provedeno na gruppe 30 pacientov s chastichnym vtorichnym otsutstviem zubov. Pacienty (15) osnovnoy gruppy v komplekse meropriyatiy po dental'noy implantacii poluchali lazeroterapiyu «aktivnym», generiruyuschim sootvetstvuyuschee lazernoe izluchenie, apparatom B-CURE®. Pacienty (15) gruppy sravneniya dlya lecheniya poluchali «neaktivnyy» placebo-apparat B-CURE®. Lazeroterapiya provodilas' v «profilakticheskom» i «lechebno-reabilitacionnom» rezhimah. V dinamike v gruppah nablyudeniya analizirovali strukturu, chastotu i vyrazhennost' oslozhneniy v ranniy i pozdniy postoperacionnyy period. Rezul'taty. Dokazano, chto ispol'zovanie nizkointensivnogo lazernogo izlucheniya do i posle ustanovki dental'nyh implantatov: 1) dostoverno, v 3,5 raza, snizhaet chastotu proyavleniya i intensivnost' bolevogo simptoma v pervye sutki posle operacii; 2) v 3,3–3,7 raza snizhaet chastotu razvitiya, dlitel'nost' sohraneniya i intensivnost' proyavleniya mestnyh otechno-vospalitel'nyh processov v periimplantacionnoy zone i oteka myagkih tkaney lica. Vyvody. Provedenie dental'noy implantacii v komplekse s lazeroterapiey apparatom B-Sure Laser Dental Pro obespechivaet effektivnuyu profilaktiku posleoperacionnyh sensorno-paresteticheskih i nevrologicheskih narusheniy v chelyustno-licevoy oblasti.
