Predmet. Priobretennye defekty i deformacii chelyustno-licevoy oblasti v bol'shinstve sluchaev trebuyut ortopedicheskogo etapa lecheniya. Pri etom, vybiraya konstrukcionnyy material dlya bazisa slozhno-chelyustnogo proteza, sleduet uchityvat' funkcional'nye nagruzki, kotorye budet ispytyvat' protez, zavisyaschie ot klinicheskoy situacii i otlichnye ot normal'nyh usloviy, chto trebuet povyshennyh prochnostnyh harakteristik. V stat'e rassmatrivaetsya variant uprochneniya polimernogo konstrukcionnogo materiala pri izgotovlenii bazisov slozhno-chelyustnyh protezov posredstvom nanorazmernyh komponentov v minimal'nyh kolichestvah. Osobennost'yu dannogo sposoba yavlyaetsya vvedenie v poliamidnyy bazisnyy material nanorazmernogo dioksida titana. Cel'. Razrabotka novoy strategii uprochneniya stomatologicheskih bazisnyh konstrukcionnyh materialov polimernoy prirody. Metodologiya. Issledovanie poliamidnogo materiala Vertex ThermoSens s vvedennym v sostav nanorazmernym dioksidom titana v kachestve armiruyuschego komponenta v kolichestve do 1 mas.%, provodili na kontrol'nyh i eksperimental'nyh obrazcah. Izuchali prochnost' na trehtochechnyy izgib (σmax, MPa) i modul' uprugosti (E, Mpa) kak naibolee informativnye dlya ocenki prochnosti stomatologicheskogo konstrukcionnogo materiala, pozvolyayuschie uchityvat' vertikal'nye i gorizontal'nye sily, analogichnye silam, vliyayuschim na zuby i konstrukcionnyy material zubnyh protezov vo vremya funkcii zhevaniya. Rezul'taty issledovaniya eksperimental'nyh obrazcov iz poliamida s vvedennym v sostav nanorazmernym dioksidom titana do 1 mas.% pokazyvayut uvelichenie maksimal'nogo napryazheniya na 8,4 %, a modulya Yunga – na 7,2 % po sravneniyu s materialom gruppy kontrol'nyh obrazcov, bez vvedeniya nanorazmernogo dioksida titana. Vyvody. Rezul'taty issledovaniya imeyut prakticheskoe znachenie dlya uprochneniya konstrukcionnogo bazisnogo poliamidnogo materiala pri izgotovlenii slozhno-chelyustnyh protezov i apparatov pacientam s perelomami, priobretennymi defektami i deformaciyami chelyustno-licevoy oblasti, umen'shaya risk perelomov bazisa slozhno-chelyustnogo proteza pri vozdeystvii na nego povyshennyh funkcional'nyh nagruzok, otlichnyh ot normal'nyh usloviy.
