AN INVESTIGATIO N OF THE DEACTIVATING ABI LITY EXHIBI TED BY VARIOU S ADHESIVE GEL BASES TOWARDS METHYL METHACRYLATE

Abstract (English):
Predmet. V dannoy stat'e privedeny rezul'taty issledovaniya dezaktiviruyuschey sposobnosti razlichnyh adgezivnyh gelevyh osnov po otnosheniyu k metilmetakrilatu, toksichnomu veschestvu, vydelyaemomu iz bazisa s'emnyh zubnyh protezov, kotoroe preimuschestvenno porazhaet nervnuyu i sosudistuyu sistemy i obladaet rezko vyrazhennym kumulyativnym deystviem. V kachestve adgezivnyh gelevyh osnov ispol'zovali: kremniysoderzhaschiy glicerogidrogel' «Silativit», kremniytitanso-derzhaschiy glicerogidrogel', titansoderzhaschiy glicerogidrogel' (tizol'), kremniyhitozansoderzhaschiy glicerogidrogel', a takzhe gel', soderzhaschiy 2% karbopola. Cel'. Ocenka sposobnosti k «neytralizacii» ostatochnogo monomera akrilovyh bazisov s'emnyh zubnyh protezov (MMA) razlichnymi adgezivnymi gelevymi osnovami. Metodologiya. Metodom UF-spektroskopii provedena sravnitel'naya ocenka dezaktiviruyuschey sposobnosti razlichnyh gelevyh osnov po otnosheniyu k MMA. V kachestve adgezivnyh gelevyh osnov ispol'zovali: kremniysoderzhaschiy glicerogidrogel' «Silativit», kremniytitansoderzhaschiy glicerogidrogel', titansoderzhaschiy glicerogidrogel' (tizol'), kremniyhitozansoderzhaschiy glicerogidrogel', a takzhe gel', soderzhaschiy 2% karbopola. Rezul'taty. Ustanovlen ryad dezaktiviruyuschey aktivnosti po otnosheniyu k metilmetakrilatu. Vyyavleno, chto naibolee aktivnym yavlyaetsya kremniyhitozansoderzhaschiy glicerogidrogel'. Titan-, kremniytitan- i kremniysoderzhaschie glicerogidrogeli, a takzhe gidrogel', soderzhaschiy 2% karbopola, v usloviyah eksperimenta suschestvennyh razlichiy ne proyavili. Vyvody. Metodom UF-spektroskopii provedena sravnitel'naya ocenka dezaktiviruyuschey sposobnosti razlichnyh gelevyh osnov po otnosheniyu k MMA. Ustanovlen ryad aktivnosti; pokazano, chto naibol'shey neytralizuyuschey sposobnost'yu obladaet kremniyhitozansoderzhaschiy glicerogidrogel'. Vysokaya dezaktiviruyuschaya aktivnost' kremniyhitozansoderzhaschego glicerogidrogelya po otnosheniyu k MMA otkryvaet perspektivy dlya dal'neyshego ego ispol'zovaniya v sostave adgezivnyh sredstv, sposobnyh predohranyat' pacientov ot vydelyaemogo bazisom akrilovogo s'emnogo proteza ostatochnogo monomera.
