MODERN VIEWS ON THE ROLE OF FREE RADIC AL PROC ESSES AS A PATHOGENETIC MECHANISM TRIGGERING PERIO DONTAL DISEASES (A REVIEW)

Abstract (English):
Aktivnost' svobodno-radikal'nogo okisleniya (SRO) lipidov organizma v znachitel'noy stepeni zavisit ot tyazhesti zabolevaniy parodonta. Pri fiziologicheskom techenii aktivnost' SRO nahoditsya v predelah vozrastnoy normy, blagodarya tomu, chto processy lipoperoksidacii i antioksidantnaya obespechennost' organizma uravnovesheny mezhdu soboy. Pri patologicheskom techenii nablyudaetsya chrezmernaya aktivaciya SRO, yavlyayuschayasya rezul'tatom povysheniya istinnogo urovnya processov lipoperoksidacii, s odnoy storony, i snizheniya obschey antioksidantnoy aktivnosti, s drugoy. Aktivaciya SRO svyazana s celym kompleksom processov vnutrikletochnogo povrezhdeniya. Poetomu celesoobrazno ne vydelyat' edinstvennyy process kak opredelyayuschiy ves' kaskad posleduyuschih povrezhdeniy, a pytat'sya prosledit' svyaz' i zakonomernost' vklyucheniya razlichnyh faktorov v degradaciyu vnutrikletochnyh struktur. Pri etom ves'ma vazhnym yavlyaetsya vremennoy faktor, i effektivnaya zaschita mozhet byt' osuschestvlena lish' s ego uchastiem, tak kak aktivaciya posleduyuschey stadii ne vsegda mozhet byt' preduprezhdena ingibitorami predyduschey. Etot ochevidnyy, na pervyy vzglyad, vyvod imeet ves'ma slozhnoe voploschenie na praktike, poskol'ku osnovnaya trudnost' zaklyuchaetsya imenno v diagnostike tekuschih stadiy razvitiya povrezhdeniya, kotorye bystro smenyayut i usilivayut drug druga. Vot pochemu zaschitnoe deystvie antioksidantov ne vsegda mozhet byt' realizovano pri lechenii zabolevaniy v celom i generalizovannyh form parodontita v chastnosti, pervonachal'no sprovocirovannyh vysokim urovnem aktivnyh form kisloroda AFK. Krome togo, imeetsya svyaz' vremeni s momenta razvitiya zabolevaniya parodonta i okislitel'nogo stressa: chem bol'she vremeni proshlo, tem bolee vyrazhen posledniy. Nalichie priznakov oksidativnogo stressa svidetel'stvuet o povyshennom riske razvitiya zabolevaniya parodonta, i dannyy fakt rascenivaetsya kak prognosticheskiy kriteriy tyazhesti techeniya zabolevaniya, chto trebuet svoevremennogo naznacheniya lecheniya.
