Abstract (English):
During the preparation of the patient to a partial or complete reconstruction of dentition it is necessary to evaluate both the initial functional state of neuromuscular system and the degree of changes achieved in the process of preparation of the patient prior to the functional restoration. EMG examination of muscle with maximal effort is an informative measure which allows the dentist to estimate the patient´s level of functional adaptation.
