The paper presents an assessment of clinical ef ciency of including plasmotherapy to the combination therapy of in ammatory periodontal diseases of patients with stationary dentures compared with the group of patients with stationary dentures who received conventional treatment. PMA, CPITN and Myulleman-Cowell indexes were determined. After 2 weeks of treatment in the group where plasmoterapy was added to the combination treatment of the index PMA rates were 24+3,95. the CPITN indixes were 1,5+0,19%. The Myullemana-Cowell index was 0,8±0,12. The said indexes were signi cantly higher in the group of patients without plasmotherapy. Thus, the PMA index amounts to 39,7+4,45. CPITN Indexes were 1,95+0,16%. the Myullemana-Cowell index was 1,2±0,32. When comparing the results of the two groups – the difference was signi cant (p<0,05). Therefore, our studies have proved the effectiveness of including plasmotherapy into the combination therapy of in ammatory periodontal diseases.
