Abstract (English):
We have studied the facts of delay patients previously scheduled dental appointment. There was a significant correlation with the frequency of delays a certain period of the day. Based on the survey of patients about the reason for delay is established significant association with delays hampered traffic on the streets of the city Izhevsk.
