Abstract (English):
This article highlights the key aspects of using of the surgical laser in the treatment of dental diseases in children. There are the advantages and disadvantages of laser surgery of mucogingival anomalies, tumors and tumorlike formations, aggressive periodontitis. Also highlight the major issues of safety when working with the diode laser.
