USE OF ANTIMICOTIC DRUGS IN COMPLEX TREAT- MENT OF INFLAMMATORY PERIODONTAL DISEASES

Abstract (English):

The results of performed investigations shows that Candida albicans is in widely spread among infectious periodontities (IP) and leads to severity of their clinical manifestation that results in difficulties in the treat- ment and make this procedure less effective. Including of antibiotics (fluconazol) into the complex treatment procedures not only improve the effectiveness of treatment of IP but results in maximal removal of microbes out of oral cavity. Diagnostics of Candida types of fungi and their removal out of oral cavity is necessary measure in complex treatment of IPD (inflammatory  periodontal diseases).
