Abstract (English):

Degenerative disease of the joints (osteoarthrosis, avascular osteonecrosis, osteochondritis dissecans, entesopathy) are characterized by a violation of the metabolism and irreversible necrobiotic changes of connective tissue. To slow the progression of degenerative diseases require a complex course of treatment, follow-up, prevention. Primary prevention includes gymnastics lessons from adolescence. Secondary prevention aims to limit the load on the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), maintenance of motor activity throughout life, correction of biome- chanics joint exception injury to the joint.
