SENSITIVITY TO ANTIBACTERIAL DRUGS IN PATIENTS WITH ORAL CANDIDIASIS

Abstract (English):

In recent years, much attention is paid to oral microbial landscape, which is violated in various pathological conditions. In the treatment of candidiasis not always take into account the sensitivity to antimycotics and background violations of the microflora that can lead to relapse. A sensitivity analysis fungus of the genus Candida to antimycotics has been conducted and study on the prevalence of clinically significant representatives of microflora of an oral cavity in candidiasis. It is revealed, those on a background of increase of fungi of the genus Candida to the etiology of significant digits in the composition of the microbiocenosis of the mucous membranes of the mouth is also increasing representatives of pathogenic flora and decrease the prevalence of normal microorganisms. The study showed the prevalence of different sensitivity of fungi of the genus Candida to applied antimycotics.
