Цель исследования — систематизировать научную информацию о методах лечения красного плоского лишая слизистой оболочки полости рта, представленную в современной отечественной и зарубежной литературе. Методология. Изучены данные специальной литературы с использованием научных поисковых библиотечных баз данных: Google Scholar, PubMed Central, Elibrary. Поиск оригинальных научных публикаций осуществлялся по ключевым словам. Настоящий обзор включает анализ 48 научных источников. Результаты. Обзор литературы позволил выделить ряд общих принципов лечения красного плоского лишая слизистой оболочки рта, выявить различные уже изученные медикаментозные и немедикаментозные методы лечения красного плоского лишая слизистой оболочки рта, применяемые как местно, так и системно, а также ряд побочных эффектов, возникающих при применении определенных методов лечения, и , в связи с этим, указать на актуальность проблемы и обосновать ее практическую значимость, что связано с необходимостью разработки новых, более эффективных, персонифицированных методов лечения данного заболевания. Заключение. Несмотря на множество уже изученных методов терапии красного плоского лишая слизистой оболочки рта, лечение данного заболевания на сегодняшний день является актуальной проблемой для врачей-стоматологов и требует особенного внимания. Необходимо учитывать, что к применению различных медикаментозных и немедикаментозных методов лечения пациентов с диагнозом «красный плоский лишай слизистой оболочки рта» имеются определенные противопоказания, поэтому встает вопрос о поиске новых, более доступных и безопасных методов лечения, в особенности при тяжелых формах течения данного заболевания.
