    <p>Статья посвящена изучению проблемы адаптации современного клинико-методического знания о комплексной стоматологической (ортопедической) реабилитации пациентов с синдромом болевой дисфункции височно-нижнечелюстного сустава (СБД ВНЧС) в условиях интеграции цифровых технологий в процессы, связанные с планированием и непосредственным лечением данной патологии. Авторами обосновывается актуальность и значимость темы исследования. Проводится обзор литературы и анализ накопленного в международной клинической практике опыта в области разработки, апробации и внедрения аналоговых и (или) полностью цифровых протоколов комплексной ортопедической реабилитации пациентов с СБД ВНЧС. Делается вывод об относительной фрагментарности и эпизодичности такого опыта. В качестве источников информации для исследования использованы как базовые, так и специализированные работы российских и зарубежных авторов. Среди них — диссертации, отчёты о лабораторных исследованиях, научные статьи, посвящённые изучению и разработке, тестированию и внедрению аналого-цифровых протоколов комплексной ортопедической реабилитации пациентов с дисфункциями височно-нижнечелюстного сустава (ВНЧС). В процессе исследования был применён комплекс методов, включающий в себя как общие научные методы (анализ и синтез информации из литературных источников, сравнение и сопоставление данных, извлечение информации из научных трудов), так и специальные методы (системный и сравнительный анализ). По мнению авторов, отсутствие верифицированных полностью цифровых протоколов, имеющих достаточную доказательную базу и апробированных на широком клиническом материале, препятствует активному внедрению цифровых методов и технологий в широкую стоматологическую (ортопедическую) практику и, как следствие, повышению качества, доступности и безопасности медицинской (стоматологической) помощи, оказываемой населению «на местах».</p>

    <p>The article is devoted to the study of the problem of adapting modern clinical and methodological knowledge about the complex dental (orthopedic) rehabilitation of patients with temporomandibular joint pain syndrome (TMJ) in the context of the integration of digital technologies into the processes related to the planning and direct treatment of this pathology. The authors substantiate the relevance and significance of the research topic. The literature is reviewed and the experience gained in international clinical practice in the development, testing and implementation of analog and (or) fully digital protocols for complex orthopedic rehabilitation of patients with TMJ is analyzed. It is about the relative fragmentarity and episodicity of such an experience. Both basic and specialized works by Russian and foreign authors were used as sources of information for the study. Among them are dissertations, laboratory research reports, and scientific articles devoted to the study and development, testing, and implementation of analog-to-digital protocols for the comprehensive orthopedic rehabilitation of patients with temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunctions. In the course of the research, a set of methods was applied, including both general scientific methods (analysis and synthesis of information from literary sources, comparison and comparison of data, extraction of information from scientific papers) and special methods (systematic and comparative analysis). According to the authors, the lack of fully verified digital protocols with sufficient evidence and tested on a wide range of clinical materials hinders the active introduction of digital methods and technologies into a wide range of dental (orthopedic) practice and, as a result, to improve the quality, accessibility and safety of specialized medical (dental) services provided to the population &quot;locally&quot;.</p>
