Предмет. Несмотря на достигнутые успехи, диагностика, профилактика и лечение стоматологических заболеваний у детей с ДЦП остаются сложными задачами. Разработка новых методов профилактики стоматологических заболеваний у детей с ДЦП требует постоянного обновления знаний и проведения исследований. Детский церебральный паралич (ДЦП) является одним из наиболее распространенных неврологических заболеваний среди детей. По данным Всемирной организации здравоохранения (ВОЗ), около 2-3% всех новорожденных страдают от различных форм ДЦП. Это делает изучение данной патологии важным направлением медицинской науки. Известно, что изменённая биоэлектрическая активность мозга может влиять на регуляцию слюноотделения. Уменьшенное количество слюны или изменение её состава может способствовать развитию кариеса, поскольку слюна играет важную роль в поддержании кислотно-щелочного баланса во рту и защите эмали зубов. Понимание взаимосвязи факторов риска и механизмов патогенеза развития ДЦП и стоматологических заболеваний у детей может способствовать разработке методов профилактики стоматологических заболеваний у детей с ДЦП. Цель — представить обзор актуальных исследований, касающихся профилактики стоматологических заболеваний у детей с ДЦП. Методология. Материалы для исследования были найдены на платформе PubMed, в электронной библиотеке eLibrary и базах данных MEDLINE с применением ключевых слов: «детский церебральный паралич», «реабилитация», «профилактика», «диагностика», «слюнные железы». Глубина поиска составила 19 лет, что соответствует временному промежутку с 2005 по 2024 годы. В процессе исследования проводился самостоятельный отбор и анализ научных публикаций, после чего они были структурированы и организованы в списки использованной литературы. Результаты. Статья представляет собой комплексное рассмотрение вопросов, связанных с профилактикой стоматологических заболеваний у детей с ДЦП. Выводы. Важность дальнейшего изучения этой проблемы обусловлена необходимостью разработки эффективных методов лечения и профилактики стоматологических заболеваний у детей с ДЦП.

Subject. Despite the successes achieved, the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of dental diseases in children with cerebral palsy remain difficult tasks. The development of new methods for the prevention of dental diseases in children with cerebral palsy requires constant updating of knowledge and research. Cerebral palsy (cerebral palsy) is one of the most common neurological diseases among children. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), about 2-3% of all newborns suffer from various forms of cerebral palsy. This makes the study of this pathology an important area of medical science. It is known that altered bioelectric activity of the brain can affect the regulation of salivation. A reduced amount of saliva or a change in its composition can contribute to the development of caries, since saliva plays an important role in maintaining the acid-base balance in the mouth and protecting tooth enamel. Objectives. To present an overview of current research on the prevention of dental diseases in children with cerebral palsy. Methodology. Materials for the study were found on the PubMed platform, in the electronic library eLibrary, and MEDLINE databases using keywords: «cerebral palsy», «rehabilitation», «prevention», «diagnosis», «salivary glands». The search depth was 19 years, which corresponds to the time period from 2005 to 2024. During the research process, an independent selection and analysis of scientific publications was carried out, after which they were structured and organized into lists of used literature. Results. The article is a comprehensive consideration of issues related to the prevention of dental diseases in children with cerebral palsy. Conclusion. The importance of further study of this problem is due to the need to develop effective methods of treatment and prevention of dental diseases in children with cerebral palsy.
