Ранняя диагностика заболеваний полости рта и прогнозирование их развития — актуальная проблема современной стоматологии, особенно у детей с тяжелым соматическим анамнезом. Понимание стоматологического статуса инкурабельных пациентов детского возраста способствует нормализации их общего состояния. Изучение особенностей стоматологического статуса способствует профилактике заболеваний полости рта у детей, проходящих паллиативное лечение. Предмет исследования — данные о распространенности и проявлениях заболеваний полости рта у детей, проходящих паллиативное лечение. Цель — систематизация, обзор знаний и исследований, а также статистических данных о стоматологическом статусе пациентов детского возраста, находящихся на паллиативном лечении. Материалы и методы. Исследование проводили на основе поиска и изучения оригинальных статей по заболеваниям полости рта у инкурабельных пациентов детского возраста в базах данных: Российская государственная библиотека, eLibrary, PubMed, The Cochrane Library, Google Scholar. Основной отбор материалов осуществлялся по ключевым словам. Рассматривались публикации, вышедшие в период с 2014 по 2024 год, доступные в полном тексте, оцениваемые на предмет пригодности. Глубина поиска составляла 10 лет. Результаты. У инкурабельных пациентов есть особенности стоматологического статуса и развития патологий, среди которых наиболее распространены заболевания пародонта. Выводы. Здоровье полости рта у детей, проходящих паллиативное лечение, не изучено и не обследовано в полной мере. Дальнейшая систематизация и изучение этих данных будут способствовать появлению четких алгоритмов по уходу за полостью рта у данной группы пациентов.

Early diagnosis of oral diseases and the prediction of their progression represent a pressing issue in contemporary dentistry, particularly when it concerns children with severe somatic conditions. Understanding the dental status of incurable pediatric patients contributes to the normalization of their overall health. Investigating the specific features of their dental status aids in the prevention of oral diseases among children undergoing palliative care. Subject. Data on the prevalence and manifestations of oral diseases in children receiving palliative treatment. Objective. Systematization of data, review existing knowledge, research, and statistical data regarding the dental status of pediatric patients undergoing palliative care. Materials and Methods. The study was conducted based on a search and analysis of original articles on oral diseases in incurable pediatric patients. The following databases were utilized: Russian State Library, eLibrary, PubMed, The Cochrane Library, and Google Scholar. Material selection was performed using keywords. Publications from 2014 to 2024, available in full text, were considered and evaluated for relevance. The search depth spanned 10 years. Results. Incurable patients exhibit specific characteristics in their dental development and disease patterns, with periodontal diseases being the most prevalent. Conclusions. The oral health of children undergoing palliative care remains insufficiently studied and examined. Further systematization and research of these data will contribute to the development of clear algorithms for oral care in this group of patients.
