    <p>Введение. В настоящее время стоматологи активно используют временные пломбировочные материалы в своей практике. Данные составы представляют собой промежуточное решение между поврежденным зубом и его восстановлением постоянной пломбой. В зависимости от способа отверждения материалы для временных пломб делятся на составы химического (эвгенольные, безэвгенольные) и светового отверждения. Все они должны быть безвредными для пульпы, обладать высокой пластичностью и сохранять герметичность конструкции. При соответствии пломбировочного материала всем требованиям, вероятность возникновения осложнений при их применении значительно снижается.&#13;
Цель. Провести сравнительный анализ составов различных типов пломбировочных материалов и оценить их биологическую эффективность по данным литературы.&#13;
Методология. Для достижения цели исследования был проведен всесторонний обзор литературы в электронных базах данных PubMed, eLibrary, КиберЛенинка и Google Scholar. Поиск ограничивался статьями на английском и русском языках, в которых использовались ключевые слова «временные пломбировочные материалы», «осложнения», «микроутечка», «герметичность».&#13;
Результаты. В ходе исследования было обнаружено, что наиболее частыми осложнениями при использовании временных пломбировочных материалов являются выпадение и размягчение пломбы, что может способствовать образованию трещин и переломов зубов. Эти осложнения в различной степени нарушают герметичность пломбы, что, в свою очередь, увеличивает риск бактериального инфицирования, воспаления, болевых ощущений, вторичного кариеса и необходимости повторного лечения.&#13;
Вывод. Изучение составов различных пломбировочных материалов позволяет подобрать наиболее подходящий вариант для конкретного клинического случая, что может снизить риск возникновения нежелательных осложнений и повысить эффективность лечения, обеспечить долговечность реставрации, улучшить качество жизни пациента, минимизировать постпломбировочную боль и гарантировать биосовместимость материала.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Introduction. Currently, dentists actively use temporary filling materials in their practice. These materials act as a temporary solution to protect the damaged tooth before permanent restoration. Depending on the method of curing, materials for temporary fillings are divided into chemical (eugenol, non-eugenic) and light curing. All of them must be harmless to the pulp, have high plasticity and maintain the tightness of the structure. If the filling material meets all the requirements, the probability of complications with their use is significantly reduced.&#13;
Objective. To conduct a comparative analysis of the compositions of different types of filling materials and assess their biological effectiveness according to the literature.&#13;
Methodology. To achieve the goal of the study, a comprehensive literature review was conducted in the electronic databases PubMed, eLibrary, CyberLeninka and Google Scholar. The search was limited to articles in English and Russian, which used the keywords &quot;temporary filling materials&quot;, &quot;complications&quot;, &quot;micro-leakage&quot;, &quot;tiression&quot;.&#13;
Results. During the study, it was found that the most common complications when using temporary filling materials are the loss and softening of the filling, which can contribute to the formation of cracks and fractures of teeth. These complications to varying degrees violate the tightness of the filling, which, in turn, increases the risk of bacterial infection, inflammation, pain, secondary caries and the need for re-treatment.&#13;
Conclusion. The study of the compositions of various filling materials allows you to choose the most suitable option for a specific clinical case, which can reduce the risk of undesirable complications and increase the effectiveness of treatment, ensure the durability of restoration, improve the patient's quality of life, minimise post-sealing pain and guarantee the biocompatibility of the material.</p>
