    <p>В статье рассматриваются варианты применения навигационных шаблонов в разных областях стоматологии и челюстно-лицевой хирургии. Отображены современные технологии использования навигационных шаблонов, перспективные методики их разработки и конструирования. Проведён анализ актуальных исследований и данных отечественных и зарубежных исследователей, посвященных проблеме артроцентеза височно-нижнечелюстного сустава. Также были выделены основные ключевые разработки, посвящённые данному методу лечения, получены данные, подтверждающие эффективность навигационных шаблонов в стоматологии и челюстно-лицевой хирургии.&#13;
Предмет исследования – изучение особенностей и условий использования навигационных шаблонов в стоматологии и челюстно-лицевой хирургии. &#13;
Цель исследования — изучение и анализ актуальных научных публикаций, посвященных применению навигационных систем в челюстно-лицевой хирургии и стоматологии, в особенности в области лечения патологий височно-нижнечелюстного сустава.&#13;
Методология. Для поиска информации использовались русскоязычные (E-Library, Cyberleninka) и англоязычных (PubMed/MEDLINE, ClinicalKey, Elsevier, Google Academу) базы данных научной литературы. Анализировалась информация о применении навигационных шаблонов в стоматологии с акцентом на их использование при артроцентезе ВНЧС.  Всего было проведено изучение 34 релевантных статей, включая 20 зарубежных. Для изучения источников неоднородности был проведен анализ подгрупп. &#13;
Результаты. Анализ полученных данных позволил выявить высокую точность и эффективность применения навигационных шаблонов, как при операциях в общей хирургии, так и при стоматологических и челюстно-лицевых операциях. Также полученные данные позволяют говорить о большом потенциале для использования 3D-шаблонов при артроцентезе височно-нижнечелюстного сустава.&#13;
Выводы. Использование хирургических шаблонов является одним из самых актуальных и перспективных направлений современной челюстно-лицевой хирургии и хирургической стоматологии. Применение навигационных шаблонов при лечении патологий височно-нижнечелюстного сустава может стать одним из самых эффективных методов, гарантирующих высокую точность и безопасность при проведении артроцентеза.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The article deals with the variants of application of navigation templates in different fields of dentistry and maxillofacial surgery. Modern technologies of navigation templates use, perspective methods of their development and design are shown. The analysis of actual researches and data of domestic and foreign researchers devoted to the problem of temporomandibular joint arthrocentesis was carried out. The main key developments devoted to this method of treatment were also highlighted, data confirming the effectiveness of navigation templates in dentistry and maxillofacial surgery were obtained.&#13;
The subject of the research is the study of peculiarities and conditions of using navigation templates in dentistry and maxillofacial surgery. &#13;
The aim of the research is to study and analyze actual scientific publications devoted to the use of navigation systems in maxillofacial surgery and dentistry, especially in the field of treatment of temporomandibular joint pathologies.&#13;
Methodology. Russian-language (E-Library, Cyberleninka) and English-language (PubMed/MEDLINE, ClinicalKey, Elsevier, Google Academy) databases of scientific literature were used for information retrieval. Information on the use of navigation templates in dentistry was analyzed with a focus on their use in TMJ arthrocentesis.  A total of 34 relevant articles, including 20 foreign articles, were reviewed. Subgroup analysis was performed to explore sources of heterogeneity. &#13;
Results. The analysis of the obtained data allowed to reveal high accuracy and efficiency of navigation templates application both in operations in general surgery and in dental and maxillofacial surgeries. Also the obtained data allow us to speak about a great potential for using 3D-templates at atrocentesis of temporomandibular joint.&#13;
Conclusions. The use of surgical templates is one of the most actual and perspective directions of modern maxillofacial surgery and surgical dentistry. The use of navigation templates in the treatment of temporomandibular joint pathologies can become one of the most effective methods guaranteeing high accuracy and safety during arthrocentesis.</p>
