    <p>На сегодняшний день имеется ограниченное количество литературы, в которой описаны стоматологические показатели качества жизни по шкале OHIP-49-RU у пациентов с подтвержденным диагнозом SARS-CoV-2. Поэтому данная тема является актуальной. Таким образом, целью данного исследования явилось изучение стоматологических показателей качества жизни по шкале OHIP-49-RU у пациентов с подтвержденным диагнозом SARS-CoV-2 средней степени тяжести, с наличием сопутствующей оральной коинфекции.&#13;
Материалы и методы: в работе проведен сравнительный анализ показателей качества жизни по шкале OHIP-49-RU у пациентов с подтвержденным диагнозом SARS-CoV-2. Выводы были сформулированы по результатам проведенного анкетирования, в котором осуществлена сравнительная оценка показателей качества жизни по шкале OHIP-49-RU у 90 пациентов в возрасте от 45 до 60 лет с Sars-CoV-2 средней степени тяжести, с наличием оральной коинфекции.&#13;
Результаты. В ходе исследования были получены следующие результаты. Анализ эффективности применения лечебно-профилактических средств у пациентов с SARS-CoV-2 показал, что применение 0,05% раствора хлоргексидина биглюконата у пациентов с Sars-CoV-2 c сопутствующей оральной коинфекцией оказывает более выраженное противомикробное действие, чем применение Мирамистина и Ротокана.  Использование 0,05% раствора хлоргексидина биглюконата способствует уменьшению интенсивности воспалительного процесса в слизистой оболочке рта и тканей пародонта, что повышает качество жизни пациентов.&#13;
Выводы. Данные проведенного исследования составят важный этап для улучшения качества жизни пациентов с SARS-CoV-2.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>To date, there is a limited amount of literature that describes the dental quality of life measures on the OHIP-49-RU scale in patients with a confirmed diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2. Therefore, this topic is relevant. Thus, the aim of this study was to study the dental quality of life indicators according to the OHIP-49-RU scale in patients with a confirmed diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 of moderate severity, with concomitant oral co-infection.&#13;
Materials and methods: a comparative analysis of quality of life indicators according to the OHIP-49-RU scale was carried out in patients with a confirmed diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2. The conclusions are drawn based on the results of the survey, in which a comparative assessment of quality of life indicators on the OHIP-49-RU scale was carried out in 90 patients aged 45 to 60 years with moderate Sars-CoV-2 with oral co-infection.&#13;
Results. During the study, the following results were obtained. An analysis of the effectiveness of the use of therapeutic and prophylactic agents in patients with SARS-CoV-2 showed that the use of a 0.05% solution of chlorhexidine bigluconate in patients with Sars-CoV-2 with concomitant oral co-infection has a more pronounced antimicrobial effect, which helps to reduce the intensity of inflammatory process in the oral mucosa and periodontal tissues, improving the quality of life than with the use of Miramistin and Rotokan.&#13;
Findings. The data of the conducted study will constitute an important stage for improving the quality of life in patients with SARS-CoV-2.</p>
