    <p>Предмет. В минерализации эмали зубов после их прорезывания главную роль играет слюна, поскольку в ее состав входят неорганические и органические соединения, а также гормоны и витамины, которые регулируют этот процесс.&#13;
Цель исследования — определить  содержание кальция и фосфора в смешанной слюне у детей и оценить  влияние реминерализирующих средств на данные показатели с течением времени.&#13;
Методология. Проведен анализ смешанной слюны 18 детей в возрасте от 3 до 11 лет, а также слюны 39 человек в возрасте от 17 до 20 лет. Содержание кальция и фосфора в смешанной слюне определялось спектрофотометрически по стандартным методикам.&#13;
Результаты. Норма кальция в слюне составляет 40—80 мг/л, фосфора —            60—200 мг/л. Анализ экспериментальных данных исследуемых образцов смешанной слюны показал, что при содержании кальция и фосфора 25,1±0,49 и 51,4±0,95 мг/л их дефицит  обнаружен в 80 и 65 % случаев соответственно. При использовании Белагеля  выявлено, что соотношение Ca/P в слюне у взрослых не изменилось, а у детей, наоборот, возросло почти в 2 раза. Спустя 2 недели соотношение Ca/P у детей и взрослых, использующих R.O.C.S., возросло в 2 раза, а при применении Белагеля оно увеличилось всего лишь в 1,5 раза у взрослых и даже снизилось на 25 % у детей.&#13;
Выводы. В группах, состоящих из детей, можно восполнить содержание кальция и фосфора с помощью использования реминерализирующих средств. В сравнении с контрольной группой Белагель повышает содержание фосфора, а R.O.C.S. medical minerals — кальция.</p>
   </abstract>
   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Subject. Saliva plays the main role in the mineralization of enamel after eruption, as it consists of inorganic and organic compounds, as well as hormones and vitamins that regulate this process.&#13;
The aim is to quantify calcium and phosphorus in mixed saliva in children and to assess the effect of remineralizing agents on these indicators over time.&#13;
Methods. The mixed saliva of 18 children aged 3 to 11 years, as well as saliva of 39 people aged 17 to 20 years was analyzed. The content of calcium and phosphorus in mixed saliva was determined using spectrophotometry, according to standard methods. The normal range for calcium in saliva is 40-80 mg/l, the phosphorus content in saliva is 60-200 mg/l.  The analysis of experimental data of the analyzed samples of mixed saliva has shown that the calcium content is 25.1±0.49 mg/l, in 80 % of cases there is calcium deficiency. The phosphorus content is 51.4±0.95 mg/l, in 65 % of cases there is phosphorus deficiency.&#13;
Results. When using Belagel, it was found that the Ca/P ratio in saliva in adults has not changed, and in children, on the contrary, it has increased almost 2 times. After 2 weeks, the Ca/P ratio in children and adults using R.O.C.S. increased 2 times, and, when using Belagel, it increased only 1.5 times in adults, and even decreased in children by 25 %.&#13;
Conclusion. In children groups, the content of calcium and phosphorus can be replenished when using remineralizing agents: Belagel Ca/P increases phosphorus content, and R.O.C.S. medical minerals increases calcium content in comparison with the control group.</p>
