    <p>Мукопародонтальные поражения (МПП) представляют собой гетерогенную группу патологических состояний (десквамативный гингивит, красный плоский лишай и вульгарная пузырчатка), характеризующихся сочетанным вовлечением в патологический процесс как слизистой оболочки рта (СОР), так и тканей пародонта.&#13;
Цель исследования: систематизировать научную информацию об аспектах планирования ортопедического лечения у пациентов с мукопародонтальными поражениями, представленную в современной отечественной и зарубежной литературе.  &#13;
Методология.  Изучены данные специальной литературы с использованием научных поисковых библиотечных баз данных: Google Scholar, PubMed, eLibrary.ru. Поиск оригинальных научных публикаций осуществлялся по ключевым словам. Настоящий обзор включает анализ 31 научного источника.&#13;
Результаты. Обзор позволил выделить ряд общих аспектов планирования ортопедического лечения мукопародонтальных поражений, обосновать практическую значимость проблемы, которая связана с необходимостью контроля ортопедического лечения у пациентов с данной группой заболеваний. &#13;
Заключение. Стоматологическое ортопедическое лечение является неотъемлемой частью комплексного лечения пациентов с МПП, которое, в свою очередь, может способствовать обострению МПП вследствие механической травмы, изменения микробного состава полости рта и нарушения гигиенического контроля. Существенную роль в развитии патологических изменений играют аллергические реакции на металлы, акрилаты и другие конструкционные материалы. Современные исследования свидетельствуют о необходимости применения малоинвазивных методах ортопедического лечения, а именно применение безнитевого метода ретракции десны, использования ретракционных паст, создание края конструкции супрагингивально либо на уровне десны, применение биосовместимых керамических и CAD/CAM-конструкций, позволяющих снизить выраженность воспалительных и аллергических осложнений ортопедического лечения.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Mucoperiodontal lesions (MPD) are a heterogeneous group of pathological conditions (desquamative gingivitis, lichen planus, and pemphigus vulgaris) characterized by the combined involvement of both the oral mucosa (OM) and periodontal tissues in the pathological process.&#13;
Objectives. To systematize scientific information on aspects of orthopedic treatment planning in patients with mucoperiodontal lesions, presented in modern Russian and foreign literature.&#13;
Methodology. The data of special literature was studied using scientific library search databases: Google Scholar, PubMed, eLibrary.ru. The search for original scientific publications was carried out by keywords. This review includes an analysis of 31 scientific sources.&#13;
Results. The review allowed us to identify a number of general aspects of planning orthopedic treatment of mucoperiodontal lesions, to substantiate the practical significance of the problem, which is associated with the need to control orthopedic treatment in patients with this group of diseases.&#13;
Conclusion. Dental orthopedic treatment is an integral part of the comprehensive treatment of patients with MPP, which, in turn, can contribute to the exacerbation of MPP due to mechanical injury, changes in the microbial composition of the oral cavity and violations of hygiene control. Allergic reactions to metals, acrylates and other structural materials play an essential role in the development of pathological changes. Modern research indicates the need to use minimally invasive methods of orthopedic treatment, namely the use of a cordless retraction technique, the use of retraction pastes, the creation of the edge of the structure supragingivally or at the gum level, the use of biocompatible ceramic and CAD/CAM structures that reduce the severity of inflammatory and allergic complications of orthopedic treatment.</p>
