   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Статья посвящена анализу и изучению абатмента как многокомпонентной системы, используемой для фиксации зубных протезов на зубных имплантатах. Рассмотрены конструктивные особенности, клинические показания к применению, а также представлены современные научные данные о результатах их применения в ортопедической стоматологии, что подтверждает эффективность данной системы.&#13;
Предмет исследования — титановые конусные основания для абатмент-мультиюнит и фрезерованные основания, включенные в ортопедическую конструкцию из диоксида циркония.&#13;
Цель исследования – обоснование и разработка рекомендаций по замене конусных титановых оснований для абатмент-мультиюнит на фрезерованные прямым методом из диоксида циркония.&#13;
Методология. Сравнительно-сопоставительный анализ актуальных публикаций об основных методах ортопедической стоматологической реабилитации больных с дентальными имплантатами.&#13;
Результаты. У пациентов с осложненной окклюзией зубов, в том числе после завершенного ортодонтического лечения, а также при выраженном дефиците клинической высоты коронки, реализация ортопедического протезирования может быть существенно затруднена. Внедрение усовершенствованного протокола, предусматривающего использование абатмент-мультиюнита с индивидуально фрезеруемыми циркониевыми основаниями, позволяет эффективно преодолеть указанные ограничения. Благодаря высокой обрабатываемости материала на стадии до синтеризации становится возможной ручная коррекция формы реставрации, в частности — устранение избыточных участков на окклюзионной поверхности. Это обеспечивает оптимальное распределение нагрузки, сохранение функциональности конструкции и повышает общую адаптированность ортопедического компонента к сложным клиническим условиям. &#13;
Выводы. Протокол протезирования с использованием абатмент-мультиюнита с фрезерованными основаниями из диоксида циркония представляет собой прогрессивное решение для ортопедической стоматологии, обеспечивающее высокую клиническую эффективность, эстетичность и надежность использования. Его применение особенно актуально в сложных клинических случаях, требующих индивидуального подхода к ортопедическому лечению.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>This article is devoted to the analysis and study of the abutment - multiunit system used for fixing dentures on dental implants. The design features, clinical indications for use are considered, and modern scientific data on the results of their use in orthopedic dentistry are presented, confirming the effectiveness of this system.&#13;
Subject. Titanium conical bases for multi-unit abutments and milled bases incorporated into a zirconium dioxide orthopedic structure.&#13;
The aim is to substantiate and develop recommendations for replacing conical titanium bases for multi-unit abutments with directly milled zirconium dioxide ones.&#13;
Methodology. A comparative analysis of current publications on the main methods of orthopedic dental rehabilitation of patients with dental implants.&#13;
Results. In patients with complicated dental occlusion, including those after completed orthodontic treatment, as well as those with a significant deficiency in clinical crown height, implementing orthopedic prosthetics can be significantly challenging. The implementation of an improved protocol, which involves the use of multi-unit abutments with individually milled zirconium bases, allows one to to effectively overcome these limitations. Thanks to the material's high machinability before sintering, manual correction of the restoration's shape is possible, particularly by removing excess areas on the occlusal surface. This ensures optimal load distribution, maintains the structure's functionality, and improves the overall adaptability of the prosthetic component to challenging clinical conditions.&#13;
Conclusion. A prosthetic protocol using a multi-unit abutment with milled zirconium dioxide bases is a progressive solution for prosthetic dentistry, ensuring high clinical efficacy, aesthetics, and reliability. Its use is particularly relevant in complex clinical cases requiring a individualized approach to prosthetic treatment.</p>
