    <p>Актуальность. Сбор стоматологического анамнеза, регламентированный Приказом Минздрава России N 834н и ФЗ-323, традиционно осуществляется посредством бумажных анкет, что сопряжено с неполнотой заполнения (до 40–60 % пропусков клинически значимых данных), невыявлением факторов анестезиологического риска и отсутствием механизмов контроля достоверности самоотчетных данных. Внедрение электронных систем документирования в российской стоматологической практике остается фрагментарным, а инструменты многоуровневой психометрической валидации ответов пациентов в клинических анкетах ранее не применялись.&#13;
Цель. Анализ эффективности интерактивной электронной анкеты для сбора стоматологического анамнеза с интегрированной системой контроля качества данных и автоматической классификацией анестезиологического риска по ASA.&#13;
Материалы и методы. Для проведения исследования была разработана электронная многоуровневая анкета здоровья, синхронизированная с медицинской информационной системой. Анкета создана через рукописный код, хранение, обработка и передача данных осуществлялась с применением российского программного обеспечения на серверах, находящихся в Российской Федерации. Рандомизированное контролируемое пилотное исследование (n = 251) было проведено на базе стоматологической клиники г. Санкт-Петербург: контрольная группа (n = 124, бумажная анкета) и экспериментальная (n = 127, электронная анкета). Первичная конечная точка – общее время сбора анамнеза. Вторичные: полнота данных, выявляемость заболеваний, удовлетворенность, композитный индекс валидности (CVI).&#13;
Результаты. Электронная анкета сократила общее время сбора анамнеза на 36–43 % (p &lt; 0,001), повысила полноту с 61,3 % до 94,5 %, увеличила выявляемость заболеваний в 2 раза, препаратов в 2,5 раза. Средний CVI = 78,4 (SD 14,2); 73,2 % анкет валидны. Коэффициент завершения – 94,5 %.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Relevance. Dental history taking, regulated by Order No. 834n of the Russian Ministry of Health and Federal Law No. 323-FZ, is traditionally performed using paper questionnaires, which is associated with incomplete data entry (up to 40–60 % of clinically relevant items missing), failure to identify anesthetic risk factors, and the absence of mechanisms to verify the reliability of self-reported data. The introduction of electronic documentation systems in Russian dental practice remains fragmentary, and multi-level psychometric tools for validating patient responses in clinical questionnaires have not previously been applied.&#13;
Aim. To analyse the efficiency of an interactive electronic questionnaire for dental history taking with an integrated data quality control system and automatic ASA anesthetic risk classification.&#13;
Materials and methods. For the purposes of the study, an electronic multi-level health questionnaire synchronized with a medical information system was developed. The questionnaire was created with handwritten code; data storage, processing, and transmission were carried out using Russian software on servers located in the Russian Federation. A randomized controlled pilot study (n = 251) was conducted at a dental clinic in St. Petersburg: a control group (n = 124, paper questionnaire) and an experimental group (n = 127, electronic questionnaire). The primary endpoint was the total time of history taking. Secondary endpoints included data completeness, disease detection rate, patient satisfaction, and the composite validity index (CVI).&#13;
Results. The electronic questionnaire reduced the total history-taking time by 36–43 % (p &lt; 0.001), increased completeness from 61.3 % to 94.5 %, doubled disease detectability, and increased medication detectability 2.5-fold. Mean CVI was 78.4 (SD 14.2); 73.2 % of questionnaires were deemed valid. The completion rate was 94.5 %.</p>
