    <p>Высокие результаты дентальной имплантации определили массовость использования данного метода в лечении пациентов с адентией, в том числе у пациентов с заболеваниями сердца. &#13;
Предмет исследования – определение тенденций изменения стоматологических индексов в соответствии с прогрессированием и выраженностью тяжести у пациентов с хронической сердечной недостаточностью. &#13;
Цель исследования – изучить изменение показателей стоматологических индексов у пациентов разных функциональных классов хронической сердечной недостаточности в послеоперационном периоде дентальной имплантации.&#13;
Методология. Предметом исследования являлось изучение динамики стоматологических индексов в послеоперационном периоде дентальной имплантации у 215 пациентов с адентией, имеющих в анамнезе хроническую сердечную недостаточность. &#13;
Результаты исследования. Значения показателя неудовлетворительной гигиены полости рта у пациентов с ХСН I ФК изменялись от 2,1 ±0,3 у 31 % пациентов до 2,2 ±0,3 в 22,4 % эпизодов. В подгруппе ХСН II ФК показатель изменялся от 2,0 ±0,2 в 23,8 % наблюдений до 2,0 ±0,18 в 22 % случаев. В подгруппе ХСН III ФК значения колебались от 2,14 ±0,23 у 39,1 % пациентов до 2,1 ±0,31 в 28,2 % случаев к месяцу наблюдения, а наибольшие значения показателя плохой гигиены полости рта наблюдались в подгруппе ХСН III ФК.&#13;
Тяжелая степень патологии пародонта определялась у пациентов с ХСН III ФК в 26,1 % эпизодов, повышаясь к месяцу наблюдения до 28,2 % случаев. В подгруппе пациентов с ХСН I ФК показатель встречался в 3,3 % случаев, не изменяясь к месяцу, против 7,3 % наблюдений в подгруппе ХСН II ФК.&#13;
Выводы. У пациентов с ХСН III ФК вследствие органических нарушений отмечается снижение комплаентности, что сопровождается неудовлетворительной гигиеной полости рта и повышением риска осложнений.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The excellent results of dental implantation have led to the widespread use of this method in the treatment of edentulous patients, including those with heart disease.	&#13;
The objective of this study was to determine trends in dental indices in relation to the progression and severity of chronic heart failure in patients.&#13;
The aim of the study was to examine changes in dental indices in patients with different functional classes of chronic heart failure during the postoperative period of dental implantation.&#13;
Methodology. The study examined the dynamics of dental indices during the postoperative period of dental implantation in 215 edentulous patients with a history of chronic heart failure.&#13;
Study results. The values of poor oral hygiene in patients with CHF FC I varied from 2.1 ±0.3 in 31 % of patients to 2.2 ±0.3 in 22.4 % of cases. In the CHF FC II subgroup, the indicator varied from 2.0 ±0.2 in 23.8 % of cases to 2.0 ±0.18 in 22 % of cases. In the CHF FC III subgroup, values ranged from 2.14 ±0.23 in 39.1 % of patients to 2.1 ±0.31 in 28.2 % of cases at one month of follow-up, and the highest values for poor oral hygiene were observed in the CHF FC III subgroup.&#13;
Severe periodontal disease was detected in patients with CHF FC III in 26.1 % of cases, increasing to 28.2 % of cases by the month of observation. In the CHF FC I subgroup, the indicator occurred in 3.3 % of cases, unchanged by the month, compared to 7.3 % of cases in the CHF FC II subgroup.&#13;
Conclusions. Due to the onset of organic disorders, patients with CHF III FC exhibit a poor compliance, resulting in poor oral hygiene and an increased risk of complications.</p>
