    <p>На текущий момент операция удаления зуба представляет собой наиболее частое хирургическое вмешательство, выполняемое в амбулаторных условиях. &#13;
Цель исследования – разработать и научно обосновать авторскую методику атравматичного удаления зуба, основанную на этапном, контролируемом воздействии на связочный аппарат с активацией процессов альтерации для формирования оптимальных условий к немедленной дентальной имплантации.&#13;
Материалы и методы. Проведено проспективное сравнительное исследование, в которое были включены 60 пациентов, нуждавшихся в хирургическом удалении зубов на нижней челюсти. Пациенты были случайным образом разделены на две группы: основную (n = 30), где удаление проводилось по авторской методике с активацией процессов альтерации, и группу сравнения (n = 30), где применялась классическая методика удаления с использованием щипцов и элеваторов.&#13;
Для оценки эффективности методик использовались визуальная аналоговая шкала (ВАШ) для оценки болевого синдрома, измерение времени операции, оценка объема костной ткани непосредственно после удаления и через 3 месяца, регистрация интра- и послеоперационных осложнений, оценка качества жизни по опроснику OHIP-14. Статистическая обработка данных проводилась с использованием пакета прикладных программ SPSS 23.0. &#13;
Результаты. Проведенное исследование продемонстрировало статистически значимые преимущества авторской методики атравматичного удаления зубов по сравнению с классическим подходом. Основное преимущество разработанной методики заключается в целенаправленной активации естественных биологических процессов – альтерации и последующей репарации.&#13;
При атравматичном удалении зубов нами отмечено значительное сокращение времени операции и объема кровопотери, значительное сокращение частоты осложнений, преимущества в показателях качества жизни по опроснику OHIP-14. В основной группе, где проводилось атравматичное удаление, имплантаты возможно было установить 28 пациентам, в группе сравнения, где проводилось обычное удаление, имплантаты можно было установить лишь 20 пациентам. Полученные результаты подтверждают не только клиническую, но и психологическую эффективность авторской методики, что соответствует современным представлениям о качестве оказания медицинской помощи, а также служат профилактикой развития нежелательных явлений интра- и постоперационного характера.</p>

    <p>Currently, tooth extraction is the most common surgical procedure performed in an outpatient setting. &#13;
The aim of the study was to develop and validate a proprietary technique for atraumatic tooth extraction based on a staged, controlled intervention on the ligamentous apparatus with the activation of alteration processes to create optimal conditions for immediate dental implant placement.&#13;
Materials and methods. A prospective comparative study was conducted, including 60 patients requiring surgical extraction of teeth in the mandible. Patients were randomly divided into two groups: a study group (n = 30), in which extractions were performed using the proprietary technique with the activation of alteration processes, and a comparison group (n = 30), in which a classical extraction technique using forceps and elevators was used.&#13;
To evaluate the effectiveness of the techniques, a visual analog scale (VAS) was used to assess pain, measure surgical time, assess bone volume immediately after extraction and at 3 months, record intra- and postoperative complications, and assess quality of life using the OHIP-14 questionnaire. Statistical data processing was performed using the SPSS 23.0 software package.&#13;
Results. The study demonstrated statistically significant advantages of the proprietary atraumatic tooth extraction technique compared to the classical approach. The main advantage of the developed technique lies in the targeted activation of natural biological processes—alteration and subsequent reparation.&#13;
With atraumatic tooth extraction, we noted a significant reduction in surgical time and blood loss, a significant reduction in the complications, and improvements in quality of life indicators according to the OHIP-14 questionnaire. In the main group, which underwent atraumatic extraction, implants were placed in 28 patients, while in the comparison group, which underwent conventional extraction, implants could be placed in only 20 patients. The results confirm not only the clinical but also the psychological effectiveness of the proprietary method, which aligns with modern understanding of the quality of medical care and serves as a preventative measure for the development of adverse intra- and postoperative events.</p>
