    <p>Кальцифицирующий метаморфоз – это дегенеративное изменение пульпы после травматических повреждений, таких как сотрясение и подвывих. Это состояние проявляется в виде измененных в цвете зубов с рентгенологической облитерацией (полной или частичной) полости зуба и корневых каналов. Однако гистологически всегда присутствуют некоторые остатки пульпарной ткани, но без признаков воспаления. &#13;
Целью данного исследования является обзор литературы о причинах возникновения, клинике и современных методах лечения кальцифицирующего метаморфоза.&#13;
Материалы и методы. Настоящий литературный обзор основан на изучении 46 источников из баз данных: PubMed, eLibrary, Google Scholar, Cyberleninka.&#13;
Результаты. В статье рассматривается анализ данных литературы об этиологии, клинике и современных методах лечения кальцифицирующего метаморфоза. В большинстве случаев консервативного эстетического и/или восстановительного лечения зубов с кальцифицирующим метаморфозом бывает достаточно. Оно включает отбеливание, виниры или комбинацию этих двух методов. Если показано эндодонтическое лечение, прохождение, очистка и формирование кальцифицированных каналов клинически возможны. Современная эндодонтия позволяет достичь успеха в 80% случаев. В последнее время для лечения кальцифицированных корневых каналов используется статическая или динамическая компьютерная навигация. &#13;
Выводы. На основании проведенного анализа литературы можно заключить, что рутинное эндодонтическое вмешательство показано только в случаях, когда зуб симптоматичен с наблюдаемыми перирадикулярными изменениями. Рекомендуется проводить регулярный мониторинг травмированного зуба с кальцифицирующим метаморфозом в течение как минимум 3–5 лет, чтобы оценить и следить за развитием любых новых периапикальных изменений в случаях недавно травмированных зубов (1–2 года). При признаках развития верхушечного периодонтита рутинное эндодонтическое лечение успешно в большинстве случаев. Статическая или динамическая компьютерная навигация являются перспективными методами обнаружения кальцинированных корневых каналов в особо сложных случаях.</p>

    <p>Calcific metamorphosis is a degenerative change in the pulp after traumatic injuries such as concussion and subluxation. This condition manifests itself as discolored teeth with radiographic obliteration (complete or partial) of the tooth cavity and root canals. However, histologically, some remnants of pulp tissue are always present, but without any inflammation. &#13;
The aim of this study is to review the literature on the etiology, clinical features and modern treatment methods for calcific metamorphosis.&#13;
Methodology. This literature review is based on the analysis of 46 sources: PubMed, eLibrary, Google Scholar, Cyberleninka.&#13;
Results. The article presents a review of the etiology, clinical features and modern treatment of calcific metamorphosis. In most cases, conservative aesthetic and/or restorative treatment of teeth with calcific metamorphosis is sufficient. It includes bleaching, veneers or a combination of these two methods. If endodontic treatment is indicated, location, cleaning and shaping of these calcified canals are clinically possible. Modern endodontic techniques allow achieving success in 80% of cases.  Recently, static and dynamic computer navigation has been used for the treatment of calcified root canals.&#13;
Conclusions.  Based on the performed literature analysis, it can be concluded that routine endodontic intervention is indicated only in cases where the tooth is symptomatic with observed periradicular changes. It is recommended to conduct regular monitoring of the traumatized tooth with calcific metamorphosis for at least 3-5 years to evaluate and follow the development of any new periapical changes in cases of recently traumatized teeth (1-2 years). In cases of signs of apical periodontitis, routine endodontic treatment is successful in most cases. Static or dynamic computer navigation are promising methods for locating calcified root canals in particularly difficult cases.</p>
