    <p>Предмет исследования – медицинские и социальные факторы в развитии периимплантитов.&#13;
Цель – провести анализ медицинских и социальных факторов развития периимплантита с последующей разработкой калькулятора расчета прогностического риска.  &#13;
Методология. В исследование были включены пациенты государственного автономного учреждения «Кузбасская клиническая стоматологическая поликлиника» с периимплантитом  (n = 170) и к ним подобраны копии-пары без периимплантита, сопоставимые по полу, имплантату и его способу фиксации (n = 170). Была проведена линейная множественная регрессия с логит преобразованием, где зависимой переменной выступало наличие (1 балл) или отсутствие (0 баллов) периимплантита, а независимыми были все факторы широкого анамнеза. Полученное логистическое уравнение расчета риска развития периимплантита было проверено с помощью ROC-анализа. Статистическая значимость принималась при p &lt; 0,05.&#13;
Результаты. Выявленными предикторами развития периимплантита оказались следующие медицинские и социальные факторы: хронические заболевания ЖКТ, ССС, респираторного тракта, эндокринной системы, а также значимый прием алкоголя и работа на вредном производстве (цех по производству кокса). Показано, что протектором периимплантитов после дентального протезирования был возраст пациентов, чем старше пациент, тем ниже риск формирования периимплантита после дентального протезирования при условии отсутствия у него хронических заболеваний.&#13;
Выводы. Логистическое уравнение расчета риска развития периимплантита имеет существенное прогностическое значение и может быть использовано в разработке калькулятора расчета предполагаемого риска возникновения периимплантита.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>The subject of the study – medical and social factors in the development of peri-implantitis.&#13;
Aim – to evaluate the role of medical and social factors in the development of peri-implantitis, followed by the development of a calculator for calculating the prognostic risk of peri-implantitis formation.&#13;
Methodology. The study was carried out on the principle of copies of pairs, for this, patients with peri-implantitis (n = 170) were selected and copies of a pair without peri-implantitis were matched to them, comparable in gender, implant and its method of fixation (n = 170). Linear multiple regression with logit transformation was performed, where the dependent variable was the presence (1 point) or absence (0 points) of peri-implantitis, and all factors of the broad anamnesis were independent. The resulting logistic equation for calculating the risk of peri-implantitis was tested using ROC analysis. Statistical significance was accepted at p&lt;0.05.&#13;
Results. Predictors of peri-implantitis after dental prosthetics were identified from medical and social factors. They were: chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, cardiovascular system, respiratory tract, endocrine system, as well as significant alcohol intake and work in a hazardous industry (coke production plant). It was shown that the protector of peri-implantitis after dental prosthetics was the age of the patients, the older the patient, the lower the risk of peri-implantitis after dental prosthetics, provided that he does not have chronic diseases.&#13;
Conclusions. The logistic equation for calculating the risk of peri-implantitis has significant prognostic value and can be used in the development of a calculator for calculating the estimated risk of peri-implantitis.</p>
