    <p>Предмет. Представлен обзор литературы, посвященный актуальной проблеме челюстно-лицевой хирургии — процессам регенерации костной ткани при переломах нижней челюсти.&#13;
Цель исследования — изучить и проанализировать материалы публикаций о процессах регенерации костной ткани при переломах нижней челюсти.&#13;
Методология. Изучены публикации отечественных и иностранных авторов, посвященные процессам регенерации костной ткани при переломах нижней челюсти. Проведен анализ публикаций с использованием научных поисковых библиотечных баз данных: PubMed Central, Google, Cyberleninka, eLibrary. Отбор материалов осуществлялся по ключевым словам. В поиск включались полнотекстовые статьи.&#13;
Результаты. В отечественной и зарубежной литературе подробно изучены и описаны процессы восстановления костных структур челюстно-лицевой области как реакция организма на повреждение. Установлено, что при этом одновременно запускаются два процесса: резорбция поврежденных остеоцитов и образование остеоидной ткани, один из которых в определенный момент может быть преобладающим.&#13;
Выводы. В настоящей статье представлены современные данные по ключевым моментам регенерации костной ткани в области нижней челюсти. На клеточном уровне описаны все этапы репаративного процесса в костной ткани, подробно, с учетом этапа остеогенеза, представлены сведения о основных механизмах, путях и типах клеток, участвующих в восстановлении костной ткани. &#13;
Знание закономерностей биологических процессов в зоне регенерации костной ткани позволяет вести научный поиск и разработку эффективных методов лечения переломов нижней челюсти.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Item. The review of literature devoted to the actual problem of maxillofacial surgery — processes of bone tissue regeneration in mandibular fractures is presented.&#13;
The purpose of the study — to study and analyze the materials of publications on the processes of bone tissue regeneration in mandibular fractures.&#13;
Methodology. The publications of domestic and foreign authors devoted to the processes of bone tissue regeneration in mandibular fractures were studied. The publications were analyzed using scientific search library databases: PubMed Central, Google, Cyberleninka, eLibrary. Materials were selected by keywords. Full-text articles were included in the search.&#13;
Results. In domestic and foreign literature, the processes of restoration of bone structures of the maxillofacial region as an organism's response to damage have been studied and described in detail. It has been established that two processes are simultaneously launched: resorption of damaged osteocytes and formation of osteoid tissue, one of which may be predominant at the moment.&#13;
Conclusions. The article presents modern data on the key moments of bone tissue regeneration in the region of the mandible. All stages of the reparative process in bone tissue are described at the cellular level, and information about the main mechanisms, pathways and cell types involved in bone tissue regeneration is presented in detail, taking into account the stage of osteogenesis. &#13;
Knowledge of the regularities of biological processes in the bone tissue regeneration zone allows scientific search and development of effective methods of treatment of mandibular fractures.</p>
