   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>Предмет. Проведен обзор литературы, посвященный актуальной теме в практическом здравоохранении — созданию прогностических критериев при цифровизации медицинской деятельности, в том числе и при заболеваниях челюстно-лицевой области. &#13;
Методология. Изучены данные специальной литературы с использованием научных поисковых библиотечных баз данных: Pub Med, Elibrary, Cochrane, платформы «Роспатент». Анализ литературы проводился по 31 источнику.&#13;
Результаты. Важным элементом в цифровых технологиях является прогнозирование. Прогнозированием часто называют предварительную часть работы, но это более широкое понятие; прогнозирование представляет собой научное предвидение наиболее вероятных изменений состояния отрасли здравоохранения, потребности общества в медицинских услугах, производственных возможностей медицины, направлений технического прогресса отрасли. Авторами этого исследования представлен сравнительный анализ данных о разработанных способах создания прогностических моделей, в частности, при заболеваниях челюстно-лицевой области, а также о возможности их цифровизации в практическом здравоохранении. &#13;
Выводы. Прогнозирование деятельности практического здравоохранения является важным элементом оптимизации информационных данных, диагностических критериев лечения; выбор тактики лечения в зависимости от предполагаемых прогностических факторов может влиять на благоприятность исхода заболеваний, и, соответственно, позволит повысить качество лечения пациентов. Однако необходимо учитывать, что прогнозирование в медицинской деятельности обязательно должно быть основано на научном подходе с учетом клинико-статистического анализа всех факторов, влияющих на прогноз, поскольку инновации в практическом здравоохранении улучшают дело лишь в том случае, если они появляются на почве, возделанной усилиями науки.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Subject. A review of the literature devoted to an urgent topic in practical healthcare – the creation of prognostic criteria for the digitalization of medical activity, including diseases of the maxillofacial region.&#13;
Methodology. The data of special literature were studied using scientific search library databases: Pub Med, Elibrary, Cochrane, Rospatent platform. Literature analysis was carried out on 31 sources.&#13;
Results. Forecasting is an important element in digital technologies. Despite the fact that forecasting is often called the preliminary part of the work, it represents a scientific prediction of the most likely changes in the state of the healthcare industry, the needs of society for medical services, the production capabilities of medicine, the directions of technical progress of the industry. The authors present a comparative analysis of data on the developed methods of creating prognostic models, in particular, for diseases of the maxillofacial region, and the possibility of their digitalization within the framework of practical health care.&#13;
Conclusions. Forecasting the activity of practical healthcare is an important element of optimizing information data, diagnostic criteria for treatment, and the choice of treatment tactics depending on the expected prognostic factors, which may affect the favorable outcome of diseases, and, accordingly, will improve the quality of treatment of patients. However, it must be borne in mind that forecasting in medical activity must necessarily be based on a scientific approach, taking into account the clinical and statistical analysis of all factors affecting the prognosis, since innovations in practical healthcare improve matters only if they appear on the soil cultivated by the efforts of science.</p>
