    <p>Предмет. В статье отражены результаты исследований, целью которых является определение рациональных конструкционных особенностей и отработка технологии изготовления микропротезов для замещения клиновидных дефектов зубов.&#13;
Цель — разработка новой методики лечения пациентов с клиновидными дефектами зубов, основанной на создании и внедрении микропротезов, изготовленных с применением современных CAD/CAM технологий.&#13;
Методология. Проведен патентный поиск и анализ данных литературы, который показал необходимость разработки новой замещающей конструкции, удовлетворяющей требованиям эстетики, обеспечивающей результативность лечения и долговечность. Производилось сканирование полученной полости, предложенная конструкция изготавливалась из блока полевошпатной керамики (Cerec Blocs, Sirona, Германия) методом шлифования с использованием цифрового комплекса Cerec (Sirona, Германия).&#13;
Результаты. На основании полученных данных был предложен метод замещения клиновидных дефектов зубов в клинике ортопедической стоматологии с использованием авторской конструкции вкладки; разработаны и обоснованы рациональные особенности структуры и отработана методика изготовления вкладки с использованием CAD/CAM технологий.&#13;
Выводы. На сегодняшний день использование цифровых технологий на этапах ортопедического лечения пациентов с дефектами твердых тканей зубов, в частности, при замещении клиновидных дефектов имеет особую актуальность. Видится перспективным внедрение методов сканирования, трехмерного моделирования и изготовления замещающих конструкций посредством шлифования для замещения данного вида дефектов зубов. Предложенный метод является современным и высокотехнологичным, а также позволяет получить точную и эстетичную конструкцию сложной формы в одно посещение клиники пациентом.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Subject. The article reflects the results of research aimed at determining the rational design features and working out the manufacturing technology of micro-prostheses for the replacement of wedge-shaped dental defects.&#13;
The goal is to develop a new method of treatment of patients with wedge-shaped dental defects, based on the creation and implementation of micro-prostheses made using modern CAD/CAM technologies.&#13;
Methodology. A patent search and analysis of the literature data was carried out, which showed the need to develop a new replacement structure that meets the requirements of aesthetics, ensuring its durability and effectiveness of treatment. The resulting cavity was scanned, and the proposed structure was made from a block of feldspar ceramics (Cerec Blocs, Sirona, Germany) by grinding using the Cerec digital complex (Sirona, Germany).&#13;
Results. Based on the obtained data, a method for replacing wedge-shaped dental defects in the clinic of orthopedic dentistry was proposed, using the author's design of the inlay; rational features of the structure were developed and justified, and the method of its manufacture was developed, using CAD/CAM technologies.&#13;
Conclusions. To date, the use of digital technologies at the stages of orthopedic treatment of patients with defects of the hard tissues of the teeth, and in particular, when replacing wedge-shaped defects, is of particular relevance. It seems promising to introduce methods of scanning, three-dimensional modeling, and manufacturing of replacement structures by grinding, to replace this type of dental defects. The proposed method is modern and highly technological, and also allows you to get an accurate and aesthetic design of a complex shape, in one visit to the clinic by the patient.</p>
