Предмет. Беременность является критическим периодом для стоматологического здоровья женщины. Сложность этого периода для стоматологического здоровья значительно увеличивается в том случае, если беременность протекает с осложнениями. Ведь даже при благополучном течении беременность оказывает существенное влияние на состояние зубочелюстной системы, серьезно повышая риск возникновения стоматологических заболеваний. А стоматологические заболевания, в свою очередь, способны отрицательно влиять на течение гестации, создавая риск возникновения различных осложнений, в том числе тяжелых. Наше исследование посвящено стоматологическому обследованию и выявлению особенностей стоматологического статуса у женщин с беременностью, осложненной гестозом. Цель настоящего исследования — определить стоматологический статус у женщин с беременностью, осложненной гестозом. Методология. В рамках исследования стоматологического статуса женщин с беременностью, осложненной гестозом, нами был проведен клинический осмотр полости рта у 127 женщин. В процессе нашего исследования мы определяли глубину преддверия, уровень прикрепления уздечек, состояние прикуса, индексы КПУ, ИК, РМА, ИЗН. Результаты. Полученные нами данные свидетельствуют о том, что осложнение течения III триместра беременности гестозом у женщин сопровождается ухудшением пародонтального статуса, гигиены полости рта, а также 100% распространенностью гингивита. Выводы. Результаты проведенного нами исследования позволили получить клинические и стоматологические данные, характеризующие влияние осложненной гестозом беременности у женщин в III триместре на течение гингивита, что является бесспорным основанием для разработки методов оптимизации и повышения эффективности лечебно-профилактических мероприятий у данной группы пациенток.

Subject of our research is dental examination and identification of the features of the dental status in women with pregnancy complicated by gestosis. There is no doubt that pregnancy is a critical period for woman’s dental health. Objectives. Determine the dental status in women with pregnancy complicated by gestosis. Methods. As part of the study of the dental status of women with pregnancy complicated by gestosis, we conducted a clinical examination of the oral cavity in 127 women. The depth of the vestibule, the level of attachment of the bridles, the state of the bite, the indices of the KPU, IK, PMA, IZN were determined. Results. Our data indicate that the complication of the course of the third trimester of pregnancy with gestosis in women is accompanied by a deterioration in periodontal status, oral hygiene, and a 100% prevalence of gingivitis. Conclusions. The results of the study made it possible to obtain clinical and dental data characterizing the effect of pregnancy complicated by preeclampsia in women in the third trimester on the course of gingivitis, which is the basis for the development of methods for optimizing and increasing the effectiveness of therapeutic and prophylactic measures in this group of patients.
