Предмет. Результаты проведенного социологического опроса и анкетирования врачей о назначаемых антисептических средствах и сравнительные данные об их эффективности. Цель — обосновать целесообразность использования различных антисептиков в комплексном лечении пациентов с заболеваниями пародонта. Методология. Проведено анкетирование врачей-стоматологов для выявления наиболее часто назначаемых ими лекарственных средств. 36 пациентов были разделены на три экспериментальные группы в зависимости от состава или концентрации применяемого антисептического препарата. Результаты. Значения индексов GI, SBI и API статистически достоверно и более выраженно снижались практически на всех этапах наблюдения после применения традиционного антисептика в концентрации 0,2 % и ополаскивателя Curasept. Через 2 недели исследования после завершения лечения уровень рН в 1-й группе составил 7,33 ± 0,035, во 2-й и 3-й — 7,02 ± 0,049 и 6,69 ± 0,131 соответственно. При анализе частоты выявления P. gingivalis в 1-й группе было установлено, что из 8 пациентов (72,7 %) после завершения терапевтических мероприятий только у 2 (18,2 %) наблюдался высокий уровень обсемененности (χ2=6,60 р=0,010), при изучении уровня высеваемости A. Actinomycetemcomitans были получены аналогичные результаты. Выводы. Антисептический 0,2 % раствор хлоргексидина биглюконат и ополаскиватель для полости рта Curasept ADS 212 (0,12 % раствор хлоргексидина) при лечении хронических форм пародонтита приводят к более выраженному уничтожению пародонтопатогенной микрофлоры, нормализации кислотно-щелочного равновесия и показателей индексов GI, SBI и API как на начальном этапе исследований, так и в самые отдаленные его сроки. После применения препарата хлоргексидина биглюконат 0,05 % показатели микробной обсемененности снижаются, но полной эрадикации бактерий не происходит и на всех этапах наблюдения средние значения индекса в 3-й группе достоверно выше по сравнению с другими группами.

Subject. The results of a sociological survey and questioning of doctors about prescribed antiseptic drugs and comparative data on their effectiveness are considered. The goal is to justify the feasibility of using various antiseptics in the complex treatment of patients with periodontal diseases. Methodology. Dentists were questioned to identify the most commonly prescribed drugs. 36 patients were divided into 3 experimental groups depending on the composition or concentration of the antiseptic drug used. Results. The values of the GI, SBI and API indices statistically significantly and more pronounced decreased at almost all stages of observation after the use of the traditional antiseptic at a concentration of 0.2 % and rinse aid Curasept. After 2 weeks of the study after completion of treatment, the pH level in the 1st group was 7.33 ± 0.035, in the 2nd and 3rd — 7.02 ± 0.049 and 6.69 ± 0.131, respectively. When analyzing the detection rate of P. gingivalis in the 1st group, it was found that out of 8 patients (72.7 %) after the completion of therapeutic measures, only 2 (18.2 %) had a high level of dissemination (χ2 = 6.60 p = 0.010), when studying the level of inoculation of A. Actinomycetemcomitans, similar results were obtained. Conclusions. Antiseptic 0.2 % chlorhexidine bigluconate solution and mouthwash Curasept ADS 212 (0.12 % chlorhexidine solution) in the treatment of chronic periodontitis lead to a more pronounced destruction of periodontal pathogenic microflora, normalization of acid-base balance and GI, SBI and API indices both at the initial stage of research, and in its most remote dates. After the use of the drug chlorhexidine bigluconate 0.05 %, the microbial contamination rates decrease, but bacteria do not completely eradicate and at all stages of observation, the average index values in the 3rd group are significantly higher compared to other groups.
