    <p>Проведен обзор специальной литературы за 15 лет (с 2009 по 2025 гг.) по проблеме сравнительной оценки выживаемости имплантатов после протезирования беззубых челюстей несъемными протезами по дуге с опорой на 4 (All-on-4) или 6 (All-on-6) внутрикостных имплантатов. Актуальность исследования обусловлена широким распространением полной адентии и возрастающим интересом к протоколам немедленной функциональной нагрузки. Целью анализа являлось выявление клинической эффективности и прогностических факторов, влияющих на долгосрочную стабильность имплантатов при различных вариантах протезирования полной дуги. &#13;
Сбор информации проведен по базам данных Scopus, PubMed, PMC и eLibrary по ключевым словам: All-on-4, All-on-6, full-arch rehabilitation, immediate loading, delayed loading, implant survival. В анализ включались клинические исследования, проспективные и ретроспективные наблюдения, а также систематические обзоры, содержащие данные о сроках наблюдения не менее 12 месяцев. Критериями отбора являлись полнотекстовый доступ, четко обозначенные показатели выживаемости и описание протокола нагрузки.&#13;
Изучены 30 полнотекстовых статей, результаты свидетельствуют о высокой эффективности обеих методик в ближайшие сроки после имплантации (через 12 месяцев — 100 % выживаемость) и высоких показателях в отдаленной (более 10 лет) перспективе (&gt;90 %). Установлена зависимость эффективности такого вида протезирования от топографии (верхняя челюсть — 90,7–97,4 %, нижняя челюсть — 98,6–100 %) и пола пациента (у женщин лучше, чем у мужчин). Средняя выживаемость при протезировании по методике All-on-4 и All-on-6 не имела статистических различий. Сроки выживаемости имплантатов при таком виде протезирования статистически достоверно не отличаются при немедленной и отсроченной (3–4 месяца) нагрузке.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>A review of the specialized literature for 15 years (from 2009 to 2025) on the problem of comparative assessment of implant survival after prosthetics of toothless jaws with non-removable arch prostheses supported by 4 (All-on-4) or 6 (All-on-6) intraosseous implants was conducted. The relevance of the study is due to the widespread use of complete adentia and the increasing interest in immediate functional load protocols. The purpose of the analysis was to identify the clinical efficacy and prognostic factors affecting the long-term stability of implants in various full-arch prosthetics.&#13;
Information was collected from the Scopus, PubMed, PMC and eLibrary databases using the keywords: All-on-4, All-on-6, full-arch rehabilitation, immediate loading, delayed loading, implant survival. The analysis included clinical trials, prospective and retrospective observations, as well as systematic reviews containing data on follow-up periods of at least 12 months. The selection criteria were full-text access, clearly defined survival rates, and a description of the exercise protocol.&#13;
21 full-text articles were studied, the results indicate the high effectiveness of both techniques in the immediate period after implantation (after 12 months – 100 % survival rate) and high rates in the long term (more than 10 years) (&gt;90 %). The dependence of the effectiveness of this type of prosthetics on topography (upper jaw — 90.7–97.4 %, lower jaw — 98.6–100 %) and the patient's gender (better in women than in men) has been established. The average survival rate for All-on-4 and All-on-6 prosthetics had no statistical differences. The survival time of implants with this type of prosthetics does not differ statistically significantly with immediate and delayed (3–4 months) loading.</p>
