    <p>Данный систематический обзор посвящен научно обоснованному выбору методов реконструкции альвеолярного отростка. В обзоре проанализированы методы аугментации, такие как направленная костная регенерация (НКР), синус-лифтинг, аутотрансплантация костного блока и методы сохранения объема альвеолярного гребня, с позиций их эффективности, предсказуемости и области применения в зависимости от типа и объема костного дефекта.&#13;
Предмет исследования – критерии выбора методов реконструкции альвеолярного отростка при костном дефиците. &#13;
Цель – провести систематический анализ современных научных данных о методах реконструкции альвеолярного отростка перед дентальной имплантацией.&#13;
Материалы и методы. Исследование проведено на основе систематического поиска оригинальных статей по теме дентальной имплантации, аугментации костной ткани, реконструкции альвеолярного отростка в базах данных: Российская государственная библиотека, eLibrary, PubMed, The Cochrane Library, Google Scholar. Глубина научного поиска составила 10 лет (2015–2025 годы). &#13;
Результаты. Систематический анализ 43 исследований подтвердил, что выбор оптимального метода аугментации, определяемый типом костного дефекта (направленная костная регенерация — при горизонтальных дефектах, синус-лифтинг — при недостаточной высоте кости в боковых отделах верхней челюсти, аутотрансплантация костного блока — при обширных дефектах), обеспечивает выживаемость имплантатов до 96,2 %.&#13;
Выводы. Проведенный систематический анализ научных данных позволил установить, что ключевым фактором успеха является стратифицированный выбор метода реконструкции, основанный на объективных параметрах костного дефекта, что минимизирует риски и повышает предсказуемость долгосрочных результатов дентальной имплантации.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>This systematic review is dedicated to the evidence-based selection of methods for alveolar ridge reconstruction. The review analyzes augmentation techniques such as guided bone regeneration (GBR), sinus lift, autogenous bone block transplantation, and alveolar ridge preservation methods, from the perspective of their effectiveness, predictability, and scope of application depending on the type and volume of the bone defect.&#13;
Subject of the study is the criteria for selecting alveolar ridge reconstruction methods in cases of bone deficiency.&#13;
Objective. To conduct a systematic analysis of current scientific data on methods for alveolar ridge reconstruction prior to dental implantation.&#13;
Materials and Methods. The study was conducted based on a systematic search for original articles on the topic of dental implantation, bone augmentation, alveolar ridge reconstruction, and preoperative planning in the following databases: Russian State Library, eLibrary, PubMed, The Cochrane Library, Google Scholar. The depth of the scientific search was 10 years (2015–2025).&#13;
Results. A systematic analysis of 43 studies confirmed that the choice of the optimal augmentation method, determined by the type of bone defect (guided bone regeneration – for horizontal defects; sinus lift – for insufficient bone height in the posterior maxilla; autogenous bone block transplantation – for extensive defects), ensures implant survival rates of up to 96.2%.&#13;
Conclusions. The conducted systematic analysis of scientific data established that the key factor for success is a stratified choice of reconstruction method, based on objective parameters of the bone defect, which minimizes risks and increases the predictability of long-term outcomes in dental implantation.</p>
