    <p>Предмет. На долю пародонтита приходится до 90 % всей патологии пародонта взрослого населения в мире и 82 % – в России. Эффективное лечение хронической патологии пародонта важная задача нашего времени.&#13;
Целью настоящей работы – обоснование выбора хирургической восстановительной тактики при хронических заболеваниях пародонта с использованием препаратов для тканевой регенерации.&#13;
Пациенты и методы. В течение 2019–2025 гг. 74 пациентам в возрасте от 25 до 72 лет с хроническим генерализованным пародонтитом I-II-III степенью подвижности зубов проведено хирургическое лечение по авторской методике А.И. Мусиенко, А.А. Мусиенко, заключающееся в формировании и мобилизации нового вида слизисто-надкостничного лоскута без рассечения дистальной его части для сохранения трофики и уложенного без натяжения до полного перекрытия дефекта. При этом пациентам группы I – наблюдения (n = 46) перед ушиванием раны дополнительно вводили под лоскут на оголенную часть зубов костный пластический материал и закрывали мембраной из концентрированной аутогенной плазмы и тромбоцитами с высоким содержанием фибрина (Fibrine Riche en Plaquettes – FRP).  &#13;
Результат. Авторская методика с использованием препаратов для направленной тканевой регенерации FRP показала большую клиническую эффективность и статистически значимо лучшие результаты в отдаленном периоде по уровню гигиены полости рта, состоянию пародонта (индексы Silness-Loe и PMA) и стабильности прироста минеральной плотности кости по сравнению с методикой сравнения. &#13;
Заключение. Полученные результаты обосновывают возможность рекомендовать данный метод при выборе хирургической тактики при хроническом генерализованном пародонтите с подвижности зубов I–II–III степени для практического здравоохранения.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Relevance. Periodontitis accounts for up to 90 % of all periodontal disease in adults worldwide and 82 % in Russia. Effective treatment of chronic periodontal disease is a pressing issue.&#13;
The aim of this study is to substantiate the choice of surgical restorative approaches for chronic periodontal disease using tissue regeneration agents. &#13;
Patients and Methods. From 2019 to 2025, 74 patients aged 25 to 72 years with chronic generalized periodontitis and tooth mobility grades I-II-III underwent surgical treatment using the proprietary technique of A.I. Musienko and A.A. Musienko. This involves the formation and mobilization of a new type of mucoperiosteal flap without dissecting its distal portion to maintain trophism and placed tension-free until the defect is completely covered. In addition, patients in the observation group (n = 46) received bone grafting material under the flap on the exposed teeth before wound suturing and covered with a membrane of concentrated autogenous plasma and platelets with a high fibrin content (Fibrine Riche en Plaquettes – FRP).&#13;
Result. The author's technique and the use of FRP-guided tissue regeneration products demonstrated greater clinical efficacy and statistically significantly better long-term results in terms of oral hygiene, periodontal health (Silness-Loe and PMA indices), and stability of bone mineral density gains compared to the comparison technique.&#13;
Conclusion. The obtained results substantiate the possibility of recommending this method when choosing a surgical approach for chronic generalized periodontitis with grades I-II-III tooth mobility for practical healthcare.</p>
