    <p>Предмет исследования. Изучение реологических и минерализующих свойств слюны у детей ключевых возрастных групп школьного возраста при различном риске развития кариеса зубов (минимальном, умеренном, высоком). &#13;
Цель исследования. Определить изменения фоновой секреции слюны (ФСС), её поверхностного натяжения (ПНС), минерализующих свойств слюны у детей 12-ти и 15-ти лет в зависимости от степени риска развития кариеса зубов.&#13;
Методология. Проведено проспективное обследование подростков 12-ти и 15-ти лет, учащихся общеобразовательной школы г. Тейково Ивановской области. Обследование проводилось на основании добровольного информированного согласия.&#13;
В комплексном стоматологическом обследовании были исследованы свойства ротовой жидкости у детей при различном риске возникновения кариеса зубов (минимальном, умеренном, высоком): фоновая скорость секреции слюны, поверхностное натяжение слюны, минерализующий и кислотно-щелочной потенциал слюны, резистентность твёрдых тканей зубов.&#13;
Результаты. Получены данные об уровне фоновой секреции слюны, её вязко-эластических и минерализующих свойствах и их влиянии на резистентность твёрдых тканей зубов у детей ключевых возрастных групп при различном риске возникновения кариеса зубов.&#13;
Выводы. Фоновая секреция слюны, её поверхностное натяжение и минерализующий потенциал слюны изменяются с возрастом при различном риске возникновения кариеса зубов у детей и коррелируют с резистентностью твёрдых тканей зубов. Воздействие на минерализующие свойства слюны и регулирование её реологических свойств является одним из патогенетических механизмов профилактики кариеса зубов у детей путём повышения резистентности твёрдых тканей зубов.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Subject. Study of the rheological and mineralizing properties of saliva in key groups of school-age children (12 and 15-years-old) with different risks of dental caries development (minimal, moderate, high).&#13;
Objective. To determine changes in unstimulated salivary secretion (USS), its surface tension (STS), and mineralizing properties of saliva in children aged 12 and 15 years, depending on the degree of risk for dental caries development.&#13;
Methodology. Based on voluntary informed consent, a prospective examination of 12- and 15-year-old students of a comprehensive school in Teikovo, Ivanovo Region, was investigated. The comprehensive dental examination included an analysis of oral fluid properties in children with varying risks of dental caries (minimal, moderate, high): unstimulated saliva secretion rate, saliva surface tension, mineralizing potential, acid-base balance of saliva, and resistance of dental hard tissues.&#13;
Results. Data were obtained on the level of unstimulated saliva secretion, its viscoelastic and mineralizing properties, and their influence on the resistance of dental hard tissues in key age groups of children with varying risks of dental caries development. &#13;
Conclusions. Unstimulated saliva secretion, its surface tension, and mineralizing potential change with age in children with different risks of dental caries development and correlate with the resistance of dental hard tissues. Influencing the mineralizing properties of saliva and regulating its rheological properties represent one of the pathogenetic mechanisms for preventing dental caries in children by enhancing the resistance of dental hard tissues.</p>
