   <abstract xml:lang="ru">
    <p>В связи с тем, что при эндо-пародонтальном поражении наиболее часто клиницистами осуществляется первичное эндодонтическое лечение, то выбор эндодонтического инструмента должен осуществляться на основании биоэквивалентного подхода: механическая обработка корневого канала малоинвазивная с максимальным сохранением анатомической формы корневого канала. &#13;
Предмет исследования — выбор оптимальной системы для машинной обработки корневых каналов при эндо-пародонтальных поражениях.&#13;
Цель — сравнить морфоструктурные изменения поверхности дентина корней зубов под воздействием разных машинных эндодонтических инструментов у пациентов с эндо-пародонтальными поражениями. &#13;
Материалы и методы. Материалом для экспериментального исследования служили образцы свежеудаленных зубов – резцов I типа по Вертуччи (36 образцов) пациента, проживающего в Уральском регионе, имеющего показания к удалению зубов по поводу хронического генерализованного пародонтита тяжелой степени. &#13;
Изучение образцов с использованием сканирующего электронного микроскопа JSM-6390LV фирмы JEOL на базе ЦКП «Геоаналитик» (Институт геологии и геохимии УрО РАН, руководитель - академик РАН Вотяков Сергей Леонидович).&#13;
Результаты. Максимально агрессивной обработке и истончению стенок корневого канала подверглись образцы, обработанные системами Reciproc (8% апикальной конусности) и WaveOne (7% апикальной конусности). После применения систем M-файлы РусМед (4% апикальной конусности) и ProTaper (6% апикальной конусности) анатомия корневых каналов максимально сохранена. &#13;
Выводы. Проведено сравнение морфоструктурных изменений поверхности дентина корней зубов под воздействием разных машинных эндодонтических инструментов у пациентов с эндо-пародонтальными поражениями. Наилучшие результаты получены при использовании ротационных систем с конусностью инструментов 4 и 6, что подтверждено методом сканирующей электронной микроскопии.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Since primary endodontic treatment is most often performed by clinicians in the case of endo-periodontal lesions, the choice of endodontic instrument should be based on a bioequivalent approach: minimally invasive mechanical treatment of the root canal with maximum preservation of the anatomical shape of the root canal.&#13;
Subject. The subject of the study is the choice of the optimal system for machine treatment of root canals in endo-periodontal lesions.&#13;
Objectives. To compare morphostructural changes in the surface of dentin of tooth roots under the influence of different machine endodontic instruments in patients with endo-periodontal lesions.&#13;
Methodology. The material for the experimental study was samples of freshly extracted teeth - incisors of type I according to Vertucci (36 samples) of a patient living in the Ural region, who had indications for tooth extraction due to severe chronic generalized periodontitis. The study of samples was carried out using a scanning electron microscope JSM-6390LV from Jeol.&#13;
Results. The samples treated with the Reciproc (8% apical taper) and WaveOne (7% apical taper) systems underwent the most aggressive treatment and thinning of the root canal walls. After using the RusMed M-files (4% apical taper) and ProTaper (6% apical taper) systems, the anatomy of the root canals was maximally preserved.&#13;
Conclusion. A comparison of morphostructural changes in the dentin surface of tooth roots under the influence of different machine endodontic instruments in patients with endo-periodontal lesions was carried out. The best results were obtained when using rotary systems with instrument tapers of 4 and 6, which was confirmed by scanning electron microscopy.</p>
